Last year we saw over 200 runners completing our challenge. Combined our mileage totalled nearly ...
Can we beat that this year?!!
If you want to challenge yourselves to your furthest distance yet, Chagford Runners are here to help.
Follow them on facebook; Chagford Runners for more information.
Also watch out for our blogs and training inspiration coming soon!
Following the success and enjoyment of last years event, Run 4 Rosie will be happening again this year.
The event was set up in memory of local Chagfordian Rosie Webber. Rosie sadly passed away in September 2018, just 3 months after her Lung Cancer diagnosis.
In honour of Rosie we want to raise funds to support those suffering with this illness as well as their families and support the vital research the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation are doing to help in the early detection of this awful disease.
Find out more about their research projects here: https://www.roycastle.org/research/current-research-projects/
We hugely appreciate all donations. If you would like to donate and sponsor our runners please do so on our justgiving page:
Run 4 Rosie will kick off at 9am on the 14th March and continue until 9am on the 15th. You are welcome to run whenever suits you, please just arrive 30 minutes before you wish to run to allow time for registration.
The runners will have access to a stocked and manned aid station. Alongside this there will be food served in the Clubhouse, drinks available from the bar, live music, childrens running events and family fun.
We welcome those running, those rambling and those cheering to join us.
